Cancellation 

• Cancellations made by 19:00 (Japan time) on the day before the delivery date are free of charge and will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made after 19:00 (Japan time) on the day before the delivery date will be charged the full order amount.

• This service accepts online prepayment only. Orders with incomplete payment will not be considered valid. Thank you for your understanding.
